COVID-19 vaccine eligibility
In order to receive the vaccine, you must meet at least one of the following eligibility requirement:
- Individual 5 years of age or older
(If individual is less than 18 years old, legal guardian required to be present.)
Individuals 5-17 years of age are only authorized to receive Pfizer brand vaccine at this time.
