Physical Therapist
Description: The Physical Therapist directs the administration and treatment of patients needing Physical Therapy as prescribed by a referring physician to address patient needs
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy
Current Ohio Physical Therapy license
Opening: PRN (as needed)
Occupational Therapist
Description: Directs the administration and treatment of patients in occupational therapy as prescribed by a referring physician, and under the guidance of the Director of Rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license
Opening: PRN (as needed)
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Description:Occupational therapy assistants help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Occupational therapy assistants are directly involved in providing therapy to patients.
Requirements: Licensed COTA in the State of Ohio
Schedule: PRN (as needed)
Hospitalist
Description: Provide Hospitalist coverage on the MedSurg Unit.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Current State of Ohio Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
2. Current BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification
Schedule: Day Shift Hours. Part Time or PRN (As Needed) – Weekend Coverage
Registered Nurse (Med-Surg Unit) - $10,000 sign on bonus available
Description: Professional nurse, who, plans, directs, and coordinates all activities concerning the patient’s care. Collaborates with the physician and all members of the healthcare team in developing an individualized plan of care in the Med-Surg Unit.
Requirements: Current State of Ohio Registered Nurse Licensure, Current BLS Certification, Current ACLS/PALS Certification (or achieved within first 6 months)
Schedule: Full and Part Time opening (7P – 7A) – every third weekend
Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician
Description: Performs all analytical procedures in the laboratory in the specialties of chemistry, serology, hematology, blood banking, urinalysis, microbiology, coagulation, and body fluid analysis. Solves unexpected and complicated problems and confirms the results of tests.
Requirements: Must be registered Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician, ASCP or HHS approved or equivalent.

LPN (Family Practice)
Description: Works under the direction of a licensed physician/nurse practitioner.
Location: Antwerp, OH
Requirements: Licensed LPN in the State of Ohio
Opening: Full Time
Physician Office Assistant
Description: Works under the direction of a licensed physician/nurse practitioner. Performs a variety of administrative, clerical, and technical tasks including scheduling, and checking in patients.
Qualifications: High school diploma, CMA preferred
Schedule: PRN (as needed)
Purchasing Clerk
Description: The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for purchasing supplies for the hospital. They will price items needed and help maintain level inventories and assist with physical inventory.
Schedule:Part Time – 5 days 2 week period
Location: Paulding, OH
Dietary Aide
Description: Responsible for preparing food for patients, staff, and guests and special functions. Performs a variety of routine tasks in kitchen, tray line, and dishwashing areas.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent. Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety.
Schedule: PRN (as needed)
Environmental Services/Housekeeping
Description: Responsible for cleaning outside physician offices. Willing to perform routine tasks on a continuous basis as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
